JMK DUCHNICE Construction of a warehouse building with a service station and an office and social part along with the main infrastructure in Duchnice

The JMK plant in Duchnice near Pruszków was built during the period from September 2023 to July 2024.
The plant is intended to service both passenger cars and trucks in the field of tire replacement and repair.The facility is a warehouse with an area of ​​approximately 1700m2 and a height of 11m for deposits of seasonal tires and new tires.
The next part is a four-bay service for passenger cars and a two-bay service for trucks (steel drive-through shelter).
As well as a two-story office building with a social part for manual workers. On the ground floor there is a large Customer Service Office and on the first floor there are office rooms.
On the plot there is also a building for a fire pumping station with a fire tank with a capacity of 1150m3.
The road system on the JMK premises is maneuvering areas, access to the loading dock, roads including a fire road and parking lots. There are two entrances to the JMK area from Żytnia Street – one main entrance with a sliding gate and a service entrance.
