Commercial building for the Bricomarche company. The facility has a separate sales room and a separate social and office area for employees on the first floor. The building area is 2,242 m2 and the volume is 17,349.24 m3. The structure of the facility is monolithic reinforced concrete, with a steel roof base and a connected roof truss with a span of 12 m and 18 m. The walls of the building are made of a sandwich panel with a PIR core, and in part there is a brick wall, a roof wall with a slope of 2%, made of trapezoidal sheet metal, insulated with mineral wool and covered with a PVC membrane. Concrete floor.
