Scope supervising the supervision of a service workshop with a body shop

and paint shop with foundations for a paint booth and car lifts, a complete network and sanitary, electrical and electrical installations, as well as landscaping of internal roads and parking lots for the Volkswagen dealership Mroczkowski – Rzepecki in Poznań. The facility with an external development area of 1,051 m2 and a volume of 8,936 m3 is located at ul. Sanocka 92 in Poznań. Area of roads and parking lots: 12,894 m2.

The building is a single-nave structure made of reinforced concrete, masonry and steel. It is a single-story hall with a body shop and a paint shop with a separate two-story social area. Hall casing made of sandwich panels with PIR and mineral wool, roof in the system: trapezoidal sheet, mineral wool and roof membrane. The social and office part is made of brick technology.
