Reconstruction, redevelopment and expansion of the car showroom, car wash and part of the technical service with land development at ul. Olsztyńska 1 in Wrocław for DUDA CARS S.A.

The Scope of works to rebuild the warehouse after the fire, rebuild the car showroom – adapt it to the new standards of the Mercedes-Benz brand, repair the service part – rebuild the vehicle inspection station into a car wash.

 

Showroom

The usable area of the building is (showroom): 2619.66 m2, including: ground floor showeroom with an area of 1663.4 m2, first floor showroom with an area of 956.26 m2.

 

Service and workshop building Service and storage space 2370.74 m2.

Scope of work Reconstruction of the exhibition part, new interior design.
Reconstruction of the service part. Establishment of service stations, conversion of the vehicle inspection station into a car wash.
Renovation of the sheet metal shop, office and sanitary elements.
