Hala produkcyjna wraz z budynkiem biurowo-socjalnym o łącznej powierzchni  5200 m2 wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu oraz specjalistycznymi fundamentami technologicznymi                i suwnicami dla uruchomienia produkcji nowej generacji drutów i splotów sprężających o podwyższonych parametrach i nowych cechach do zastosowań specjalnych dla firmy SBN Runowo w Runowie Krajeńskim. Obiekt wykonany w technologii żelbetowej monolitycznej (fundamenty) i prefabrykowanej (słupy), konstrukcja dachu jako stalowa. Posadzka betonowa na obciążenia 5t/m2. Elewacja z płyty warstwowej PIR, a pokrycie dachu: blacha trapezowa, wełna mineralna i membrana.
