H&H Development Korczaka 6, Śrem

 

A multi-family building with four floors above ground with a residential function, using the improved application method. There are 24 apartments on each above-ground floor, which include a balcony/loggia or terrace with a garden. Large glazing provides good sunlight to the interior. A monolithic underground parking lot under the entire system provides access to parking spaces. The remaining parking spaces are located in external parking lots, available in public green areas. Over 50 storage units are located on all floors of the building. On the facades of buildings that are used by frames, through local spread, storage. The available finishing element is the interior, which is available imitating Corten rust. Total usable area up to nearly 6,500 m2.
