KLONOWA Suchy Las

The investment solution is the construction of a commercial, warehouse and service building.

The building is three-story, without a basement, with a self-contained roof, providing services for disabled people.

The building’s usable area is up to 4,061 m2, length 60 m, width 29.19 m, height 11.88 m.

Frame structure, brick installation, prefabricated ceilings with hollow-core slabs, roof with insulation made of polystyrene and felt. Some have green terraces, a mixed façade, some in the BSO system, some are ventilated with aluminum panels and numerous glazings in the form of mullion and transom facades.
