The scope of construction works for a two-aisle warehouse hall with a span of 38 m3 and 42 m, together with a storage shelter with a span of 25 m and an area above: 16,978 m2 and volume: 203,740 m3. The facility was constructed using reinforced concrete technology: monolithic reinforced concrete structure: footings and foundation strips; prefabricated reinforced concrete structures: columns, foundations and steel structure: connected roof trusses with a span of 38 m and 42 m. The 12m high fire walls were made using brick technology. The façade is made of steel cassettes filled with mineral wool. 12 cm with trapezoidal sheet metal casing. The roof is made of trapezoidal sheet metal, insulated with 15 cm thick mineral wool highlighted with a 15 mm thick PVC membrane. Concrete floor made of C30/37 thick concrete. 25 cm, troweled smooth, reinforced with dispersed reinforcement.
