Construction of two stages of the warehouse at ul. Saint Michała 100 in Poznań with a total area of 8,300 m2. Completion time of each stage – 5 months from the moment of handing over the construction site. Development area of stage I, completed in 2021. – 3,650 m2. Development area of stage II, completed in 2022. – 4,650 m2.
The scope of work included the preparation of a construction and executive design along with the construction of a warehouse building. The main structure of the hall is made of prefabricated reinforced concrete columns rigidly connected to foundation footings. The roof structure of the hall is a system of simply supported lattice trusses. Light hall roof – the load-bearing roof covering is made of trapezoidal sheet metal installed in a purlinless system, with thermal insulation made of mineral wool, protected against moisture using a PVC roof membrane. The hall’s casing consists of sandwich panels in three colors, installed horizontally. The facility has a separate dock area. A warehouse building consisting of storage premises and a social area consisting of a social room and women’s and men’s toilets. An unloading ramp was designed in the south-eastern part of the building.
