Production and warehouse hall with office and social part registered in Środa Wielkopolska

We have started a new investment in Środa Wielkopolski, the first month of work is already behind us. During this time, we managed to repair 90% of the foundation excavations. When the first deliveries of building materials appeared, such as: reinforcing steel, blocks with alternating current and wool.

Design of a living space with an area of 7,369.20 m2. The main layout of the warehouse hall consists of two-span steel trusses on prefabricated reinforced concrete columns, and a supporting structure for gantry beams. The hall will be covered with a gable roof. The project also included a 3-story office and social building. This building will be constructed using the traditional brick method.
