Service station – sheet metal shop and paint shop for VW dealer Mroczkowski-Rzepecki in Poznań.

The scope of works included the construction of a service workshop building with a sheet metal shop and a paint shop with foundations for a paint booth and car lifts, complete sanitary, electrical and technological networks and installations, as well as land development including internal roads and car parks for the dealer of Volkswagen Mroczkowski – Rzepecki in Poznań. The facility with a total building area of 1,051 m2 and cubage of 8,936 m3 is located at ul. Sanocka 92 in Poznań. Area of roads and car parks: 12,894 m2.

The building is made as a single-nave building in a mixed structure of reinforced concrete, masonry and steel. It is a one-story hall with a body shop and a paint shop with a separate two-story social section. Hall casing made of sandwich panels with PIR filling and mineral wool, roof in the system: trapezoidal sheet, mineral wool and roof membrane. Social and office part in traditional masonry technology.
