The scope of supervision regarding the office and warehouse facility at ul. Ostrowska in Poznań, with an open space of 2,986 m2 and a volume of 30,596 m3. The warehouse is made of single-aisle steel structures, with an area of 2,500 m2 and a volume of 21,709 m3, together with a social and office part, a dock and unloading elements, as well as a specific terrain resulting from internal roads, sidewalks and parking lots. Area of roads and parking lots: 3,240 m2. The hall casing is made of PIR sandwich panels, the social and office part is made of brick technology.
