Construction of a multi-family building with an underground parking lot at ul. Taczaka 5 in Poznań for the investor GN MANAGEMENT HOLDING SP. Z O.O.

The designed building, together with the extended part, is a facility with six above-ground floors and one underground floor. In the building, in the above-ground part, 51 residential premises are planned, on 6 floors of the building. The building has a basement and has a floor (-1) in which a garage hall is planned. The single-story underground garage will provide 17 parking spaces for passenger cars. One place for a disabled person is planned at ground level. On floor 0, apart from residential premises, waste collection rooms are planned for residential premises.
