On the ground floor there is a large Customer Service Office and on the first floor there are office rooms.<br \/>\nOn the plot there is also a building for a fire pumping station with a fire tank with a capacity of 1150m3.<br \/>\nThe road system on the JMK premises is maneuvering areas, access to the loading dock, roads including a fire road and parking lots.
