{"id":1385,"date":"2024-01-19T09:55:02","date_gmt":"2024-01-19T09:55:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bsic.pl\/?post_type=realizations&#038;p=1385"},"modified":"2024-01-19T09:55:02","modified_gmt":"2024-01-19T09:55:02","slug":"1385","status":"publish","type":"realizations","link":"https:\/\/bsic.pl\/?realizations=1385&lang=en","title":{"rendered":""},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Construction of two stages of the warehouse at ul.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Saint<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Micha\u0142a 100 in Pozna\u0144 with a total area of 8,300 m2.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Completion time of each stage &#8211; 5 months from the moment of handing over the construction site.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Development area of stage I, completed in 2021.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">\u2013 3,650 m2.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Development area of stage II, completed in 2022.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">\u2013 4,650 m2.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The scope of work included the preparation of a construction and executive design along with the construction of a warehouse building.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The main structure of the hall is made of prefabricated reinforced concrete columns rigidly connected to foundation footings.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The roof structure of the hall is a system of simply supported lattice trusses.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Light hall roof &#8211; the load-bearing roof covering is made of trapezoidal sheet metal installed in a purlinless system, with thermal insulation made of mineral wool, protected against moisture using a PVC roof membrane.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The hall&#8217;s casing consists of sandwich panels in three colors, installed horizontally.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The facility has a separate dock area.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">A warehouse building consisting of storage premises and a social area consisting of a social room and women&#8217;s and men&#8217;s toilets.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">An unloading ramp was designed in the south-eastern part of the building.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Volume<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">27,421.93 m3<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Height\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">8.32 m<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Length\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span><\/span><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">81.50 m<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Width\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">81.52 m.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construction of two stages of the warehouse at ul.
