MICHA\u0141 100 IN POZNA\u0143"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Construction of two stages of the warehouse at ul. Saint Micha\u0142a 100 in Pozna\u0144 with a total area of 8,300 m2. Completion time of each stage &#8211; 5 months from the moment of handing over the construction site. Development area of stage I, completed in 2021. \u2013 3,650 m2. Development area of stage II, completed in 2022. \u2013 4,650 m2.<\/p>\n<p>The scope of work included the preparation of a construction and executive design along with the construction of a warehouse building.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The main structure of the hall is made of prefabricated reinforced concrete columns rigidly connected to foundation footings. The roof structure of the hall is a system of simply supported lattice trusses. Light hall roof &#8211; the load-bearing roof covering is made of trapezoidal sheet metal installed in a purlinless system, with thermal insulation made of mineral wool, protected against moisture using a PVC roof membrane. The hall&#8217;s casing consists of sandwich panels in three colors, installed horizontally. The facility has a separate dock area.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A warehouse building consisting of storage premises and a social area consisting of a social room and women&#8217;s and men&#8217;s toilets.
