The facilities were made using monolithic reinforced concrete construction technology (foundations, underpinnings, docks) and steel structures &#8211; columns, roof girders. The fa\u00e7ade is made of sandwich panels filled with PIRT, and the roof is made of trapezoidal sheet metal insulated with mineral wool and covered with a PVC membrane. Concrete floor with dispersed reinforcement for strength control of 5 t\/m2. The social part was built in brick technology.
